Mslahtk is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (5758-1998) and the accessibility regulations issued under it (5773-2013). We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

1. Commitment

We work to make our website usable by the widest audience possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing process — we continuously improve as we discover gaps.

2. Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

  • A floating accessibility menu with controls for font size, high contrast, link underlines, and reduced motion.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page (visible on keyboard focus).
  • Full keyboard navigation support — every interactive element is reachable with Tab.
  • Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on icons and buttons, and visible focus indicators.
  • Right-to-left (RTL) layout support for Hebrew and Arabic.
  • Responsive design that works on screen readers, mobile devices, and assistive technologies.
  • Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA targets.

Some areas of our website may not yet meet the highest accessibility standard. If you encounter a specific issue, please contact us — we treat accessibility complaints as priority work.

4. Browser & Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is tested with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver. Older browsers may not support every accessibility feature.

5. Physical Accessibility

Our business is conducted primarily online and via WhatsApp/phone, so most interactions do not require visiting a physical location. Where in-person meetings are needed, we will arrange a venue that meets the visitor's accessibility needs.
