When the work needs it, the system gets its own database and private file storage. We built one for an insurance agency in the Western Galilee: customers fill in claims and declarations on their phone, attach photos, sign where needed, and only staff can open them.

    Answers customers on WhatsApp 24/7 in Hebrew, Arabic and English, books appointments, takes orders and hands you what needs you.

  3. CRM and lead management

    Every inquiry from your site and WhatsApp lands on your lead board with an alert, plus a full customer card, follow-up reminders and records shaped to your business.

  4. Appointment booking system

    A diary by service, staff and station, booking on WhatsApp, automatic reminders and standing appointments that keep booking themselves.

    A work screen for your staff with its own login: the forms that came in, orders and each customer's files, in one place.

  • Home insurance as a full cycle: an estimate calculator on the site, a request that arrives already filled in, an offer the agent prepares beside it, and a locked link to approve and sign.
  • Every form is kept in the agency's own database and private document storage, in a back office only signed-in staff can see.
  • Connected to the Mslahtk CRM: each case can open one lead that moves along the lead board.

  • WhatsApp orders with an AI assistant that prices from the studio's own price list, reads the order back and logs it only after the customer says yes.
  • A site in Hebrew and English: AI event posters, a branded pad builder, the catalog and custom design requests.
  • Seven of the eight numbered pads turn into a press-ready file on their own, and the customer can approve the proof on WhatsApp.
  • Every order lands on one board in Mslahtk, with an order desk for staff. The orders and files are kept there, with no separate database.

Questions people ask before building a system

  1. How much does custom business software cost?

    There is no single price, because every system is built around different work. A custom system is priced per business on the Custom plan, once we understand what it has to do. The first conversation is free.

  2. Custom software vs off the shelf: which do I need?

    Off the shelf covers known work: a site, leads, appointments and WhatsApp replies, and if that is what you need, a ready plan is enough. Custom is worth it when the work runs on your own paperwork and orders, like a claim form a customer signs on their phone or an order that has to become a print file.

  3. Can the system connect to WhatsApp, my website and invoicing?

    WhatsApp and your website, yes: the system is built on your site and connected to the CRM, and the WhatsApp assistant can take orders onto the same board. Invoicing and payments, no: today the system does not take payments from customers or issue them invoices.

  4. How long does it take to build a system?

    It depends on how many forms, steps and people the system has to carry. We do not give a date before we have mapped the work with you, and we set the schedule together after that.

  5. What is business automation?

    Automation is work that happens on its own, without anyone having to remember it. With us that means a site inquiry landing on your lead board with an alert, a WhatsApp order logged with all its details, and a reminder to a customer before an appointment. In a custom system it can also mean a form that files itself in the right case.

  6. Can I build the system myself?

    No. Custom systems are built by the Mslahtk team, and there is no do-it-yourself builder. You bring the knowledge of the work; we build it, connect it and look after it.

  7. Where are my data and files kept?

    In the insurance agency's system, every form is kept in its own database and private file storage, visible only to signed-in staff. When a system has no storage of its own, orders and files stay in Mslahtk, as they do at the print studio.
