Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want our customers to feel confident subscribing to Mslahtk. This page summarizes how cancellations and refunds work, in plain language.

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. There are no minimum-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and no questions asked.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your service remains fully active — you keep access to everything you were subscribed to — until that date. We will not charge you for the next billing cycle.

3. Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under Section 14C of Israel's Consumer Protection Law, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within a cooling-off period and receive a refund for unused service. This right applies once, at the start of your initial signup — it does not reset with each monthly renewal.

  • General customers: 14 days from the date of signup.
  • Protected groups (seniors aged 65+, persons with disabilities, new immigrants within 5 years of aliyah): 4 months from the date of signup.
  • During this window, you may cancel and receive a refund equal to the amount paid, minus: (a) a deduction for any service days already used, calculated on a prorated basis, (b) a one-time cancellation fee capped at the lesser of NIS 100 or 5% of the transaction amount, and (c) actual payment processing fees incurred.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the qualifying request.
  • This right does not reset with each monthly billing cycle. After the cooling-off period expires, the standard refund policy in Section 4 below applies.

4. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

After the statutory cooling-off period has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Once a billing cycle has been paid, you keep full access to the service until the end of that period, but no refund is issued for the unused portion when you cancel mid-cycle. You are simply not charged again on the next renewal date.

Refund rights are reinstated, in full, in the following circumstances regardless of when they occur:

  • The service contains a material defect or fails to perform as described.
  • We failed to deliver the service as agreed.
  • There was a misrepresentation of the service in our marketing or sales materials.
  • Any other case where Israeli Consumer Protection Law mandates a refund.

5. Auto-Renewal & Reminders

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. As required by Israeli Consumer Protection Law, where applicable we will send you a reminder before each renewal so you can review or cancel without surprises.

6. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪) and are listed before VAT. Israeli VAT (17%) is added at checkout and clearly shown to you before payment is confirmed, so you always see the full final amount before completing the transaction. A VAT breakdown appears on every tax invoice.

7. Service Area

Mslahtk provides services throughout Israel. We do not currently offer services to customers outside Israel. All services are delivered remotely via online platforms, WhatsApp, email, and phone; physical visits are not provided unless explicitly arranged in advance.

After your service ends, we will retain account and billing records as required by Israeli tax and accounting law (7 years). Other data we hold on your behalf will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
