The Mslahtk app lets business owners and their teams run the business from their phone: answer customers on WhatsApp, open every new lead the moment it lands, book an appointment from inside the chat and give the AI assistant the answer it was missing. At PhysioGav the owner's diary lives in the app, including weekly standing appointments. By mid-September 2026 more than 460 appointments had been booked through the system, on WhatsApp and in the clinic's app, and the standing weekly series of returning patients are scheduled automatically.

What you get, and what to know first
The app comes with every plan, from Core up. This is what goes in your pocket:
- The app for iPhone and Android, at no extra cost on your plan
- Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, or with email and password
- Alerts for leads, messages, waiting customers, requests for a person, bookings and changes
- The same data as the web dashboard, up to date in both directions
- A separate login for each staff member, with permissions you set
- Hebrew, Arabic and English, with right-to-left screens

Good to know
- No signup or payment inside the app. You sign up on the website, and signing in needs an active plan.
- What shows in the app follows your plan: WhatsApp from Pro up, and the AI assistant that answers on its own comes with the Secretary plan.
- The app does not take payments from your customers or send them invoices.
- It does not answer phone calls. Customers reach you on WhatsApp and through the forms on your site.

The download is free, and the app comes with every Mslahtk plan, from Core up, at no extra cost. To sign in you need an active plan. Plans are monthly, you can cancel anytime, and Core starts with a 30-day free trial.
Can I sign up through the app?
No. You sign up on the website or with us on WhatsApp. Once your plan is active, you sign in to the app with your phone number and a one-time code, or with email and password, and there is nothing to buy inside it.
Does the app work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It is on the App Store and Google Play as Mslahtk, and version 1.0.7 reached both stores on 21 September 2026.
Is there a business app in Hebrew and Arabic?
Yes. The whole app is in Hebrew, Arabic and English, with right-to-left screens in Hebrew and Arabic. Each person picks their own language, so in the same business one person can work in Hebrew and another in Arabic.
Can my staff use the app?
Yes. You invite them from the web dashboard, each person gets their own login, and you decide what they see: WhatsApp, leads, customers, appointments and more.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. The app is for you and your team. Customers keep writing to you on WhatsApp and filling in forms on your site, and it all reaches you in the app.
Can I run the whole business from my phone?
The everyday work, yes: WhatsApp, leads, customers, appointments, catalog and business details. Signup, payment and inviting new staff happen on the website, and what shows in the app follows your plan.
