Site + WhatsApp booking
PhysioGav in Kfar Yasif, run by Mikhail Nasr, has treated back pain, jaw problems, migraines and sports injuries since 2014 and fits computer-scanned orthopedic insoles. Mslahtk built the clinic a site with a page per treatment and answers to real patient questions, and a booking system that runs on WhatsApp, reminders included.
What we built
- A Hebrew site with a page per treatment, answer pages for the questions patients actually ask, and structured data that Google and AI engines read
- A WhatsApp assistant that books, moves and cancels appointments against the clinic's real diary, with two treatment beds in parallel
- Automatic WhatsApp reminders the day before each appointment
- A diary for the owner in the app, including weekly standing appointments
The result
By mid-September 2026 more than 460 appointments had been booked through the system, on WhatsApp and in the clinic's app, and the standing weekly series of returning patients are scheduled automatically.
